2. What data do we process and why?
- Data from forms (Registration, Open Call): Upon filling out the application form, we collect your identification data (name, surname), contact data (email, phone number), and information about your work (portfolio, CV). We process this data for the purpose of the selection procedure, communication with you, and administrative support of the project.
- Analytical data (Cookies): With your consent, we use the Google Analytics tool (via Google Tag Manager) to analyze the traffic on our website in order to continuously improve it. We collect anonymized information about how you use our site.
3. Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data from the registration forms based on your consent, which you express by checking the appropriate box before submitting the form, or if it is necessary for the performance of a contract/competition terms.
We run analytical and marketing cookies exclusively on the basis of your active consent granted via the Cookie banner on our website.
4. How long do we keep the data?
We keep personal data obtained through the registry and applications only for the time necessary to evaluate the project and archive it according to relevant legal regulations (standard max. 5 years from the end of the project, unless the law states otherwise).

In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights under the GDPR:
- Right of access: You have the right to know what data we process about you.
- Right to rectification: If your data is incorrect or outdated, you have the right to request its correction.
- Right to erasure (right "to be forgotten"): You can request the deletion of your data if we no longer need it for the purposes for which it was collected and there is no other legal basis for storing it.
- Right to withdraw consent: You can withdraw your consent to processing at any time. You can withdraw your consent to cookies by deleting the cookies in your browser and resetting your preferences on our site.
6. Third parties
We do not sell your data. Only authorized employees, members of the expert jury (in the case of Open Call), and verified providers of technical solutions (e.g., hosting providers and Jotform form system) with whom we have concluded appropriate data processing agreements may have access to the data.
